PC HDD badly fragmented

I just found out something really shocking.
My pc HDD is seriously , badly fragmented. ( Dunno the meaning? google it=D )
no wonder booting and shutting down time seems to take forever . The solution ?
DEFRAGMENTATION right away before the HDD goes KAPUT . and if that happens, can u imagine what would happen now? So never take any chances. -.-
Nobody likes defragmenting . It's slow , sucks up alot of processor power , and worst of all , impossible to multi-task if ur pc is performing like a tortise .

Defragmenting in progress
and can u imagine how slows it is, it's gonna past 1 hour soon and Norton's still on it. sighS.

{ love is just a game- }
